Depending upon your insurance, a prescription may be required to fill your breast pump order. If a prescription is required, we will let you know after we verify your eligibility. You will receive an email detailing anything outstanding with additional information on how to collect and return the information. Already have a prescription? Please email it to us at [email protected] or fax to (888) 506-2520 to expedite the process. It’s okay to send this even if your plan may not require it!
